So, we are based out of C/O Ashoka, 1, Rampur Paida, which is over in Vikashkhand Giloula. Organicsfarming Producer Company Limited is what we call ourselves on the official papers, but to the neighbors, we're just the folks working nearby. It’s a bit of a trek to get out here sometimes. The roads aren't always great, but we like the area. Most days start pretty early because that's when the air is still cool. We have our small space at Rampur Paida where we keep our tools and some of the records. It's not a big corporate building or anything like that. Just a practical place to run a producer company. We deal with a lot of different people coming in and out. Sometimes it gets a bit chaotic with everyone talking at once. We’ve been here in Vikashkhand Giloula for a bit now and we've gotten to know the rhythms of the place. Organicsfarming Producer Company Limited isn't about being fancy. We mostly just focus on the day-to-day stuff. Sometimes we sit around with tea and just figure out the schedule for the next week. There’s always something that needs fixing or a phone call that needs making. It can be tiring, but it’s what we do. We don't have a lot of staff, so everyone ends up doing a bit of everything. That's just how it works for us here. We don't have any big secrets or fancy plans, just work.
