Ual Industries

Ual Industries is located out in Tungadhua village, which is near Mahima Nischinda and the Sankrail police station. It is a bit of a trek to get out here if you are coming from the main city, but the surroundings are a lot quieter than the urban centers. The factory sits on a good piece of land where we handle all our production. Life at the plant follows the clock very strictly. There are shift changes that bring in different groups of workers from the surrounding villages. You can hear the hum of the facility from a distance. It’s an industrial site, so expect to see a lot of raw materials and stacks of finished products waiting to be moved. The office is a simple room where we keep track of the logistics and the payroll. We deal with the local weather, which can be quite harsh in the summer, making the metal roofs of the sheds very hot. In the rainy season, the paths around the village get a bit muddy, but we keep things moving. Most people who work here live nearby, so there is a real sense of the local community being involved in what we do. It’s not a high-tech looking place, just a functional one that does its job day in and day out. We don’t have any fancy signs or big displays, just the name on the gate.
