Tushar Inds. is tucked away on Madevi Road, right at the back side of Octri. It is not the easiest place to find if you aren’t looking for it, but we actually like it that way. It is a quiet enough spot compared to the main roads. We have been operating out of this location for a good while now. The building is simple and serves its purpose well enough for what we do. We do not have a big sign or anything flashy out front to catch the eye. Inside, it is all about the work. We have our equipment set up and the guys know exactly what needs doing every day. I spend my time making sure the supplies are coming in and the orders are going out on time. It is a lot of manual work and paying attention to small details that matter. We don't really bother with big speeches or long-term strategy meetings. We just look at what needs to be done today and we do it. The space is a bit cramped sometimes when we have a lot of materials arriving at once, but we manage. We have got a small team here and everyone pulls their weight. It is the kind of place where you get your hands dirty and you don't mind it. We take our breaks together and talk about regular stuff like family or the weather. It is a decent way to earn a living.
