Seshagiri Agro

We are set up on Saron Road in Dhuri, which is part of the Sangrur district. The road is often busy with tractors and local transport moving back and forth. Our place isn't hard to find if you’re driving along that stretch. We handle various agro products and supplies that the local farmers need for their crops. The building we work out of is quite old and has a few cracks in the walls but it does the job. We have a big storage area in the back where we keep all the inventory. Most days involve moving heavy bags or checking the quality of what’s coming in from the distributors. It’s tough work and our hands are usually dirty by noon. We don't have a big team of people. It’s just a few of us who have lived in Dhuri all our lives. We know most of the people who come through the gate by their first names. Sometimes we sit out front on wooden benches during the lunch break and watch the traffic go by. We don't have a mission statement or anything fancy like that. We just try to have the right supplies in stock when the season changes. If we run out of something we have to wait for the next truck from Sangrur. It’s a straightforward way to make a living and we don't feel the need to change how we do things.
