Satgur Parshad Clinic & Research Centre

Satgur Parshad Clinic & Research Centre is tucked away in VPO Moom, which is in the Barnala district. Being out here means we know almost everyone who comes through the door. It is a different pace than the big city hospitals. We serve the local village and the surrounding areas. Our work involves general clinic visits and some research work too. It is a quiet place most of the time, except for when the morning crowd arrives. We see families, farmers, and kids from the nearby schools. People come to us because they know our faces. We have been part of this community for a long time. The clinic is simple and functional. We do not have fancy decorations or big waiting rooms with multiple TVs. Instead, we have chairs and people talking while they wait for their turn. We handle whatever health issues come up, but we also spend time looking into medical research that fits our local needs. It is a small operation, but we stay busy enough. Barnala is a good place to work, and being in Moom feels like home. We just try to provide a place where people can get looked at without having to travel too far into the bigger towns. It is honest work and we do our best to stay organized and helpful for the folks who live around here. Every day is different but the goal stays the same.
