Navyug Novelties is tucked away in the Old Grain Market. It’s an old part of town, so the roads are a bit narrow and there is always something going on. We have been here for a long time, and the shop has seen many changes over the years. We sell all sorts of small items, mostly things people need for their homes or little gifts. The shelves are quite high, and sometimes it is hard to find exactly what you are looking for without asking one of us to help. We try to keep things organized, but in a small space like this, it gets messy quickly. The atmosphere in the market is always loud, with vendors calling out and people moving about. We usually open up early in the morning when the first trucks arrive. Most of our customers are locals who have been coming to the grain market for decades. We don't really do much advertising; people just know we are here. It’s a family-run kind of thing, so you’ll usually see the same faces every day. The building itself is quite old, and it has that specific smell of dust and paper. We spend a lot of time just chatting with neighbors between sales. It isn't a high-end boutique, just a regular shop where you can find random novelties. If you happen to be down in the Old Grain Market, you’ll find us right in the middle of it all.
