Mohd Hanif Khan Architect

My name is Mohd Hanif Khan and I've been doing architecture work here in Sangrur for a while now. My office is located at Apex Architect over in Ward No. 4, right on Chhanana Road. It’s a busy spot but it works for us. Mostly, I spend my days sketching out plans and looking at site drawings for local projects. It’s a lot of sitting and thinking, but someone has to do it. The office isn't fancy, just a workspace where we get things done. We deal with all sorts of building designs, from simple houses to slightly larger structures around the district. People usually just drop in when they need a plan drawn up or have questions about how a building might fit on their land. I try to keep things straightforward. There's no big team here, just me and a couple of helpers sometimes. We handle the paperwork, the measurements, and the technical stuff that comes with construction. It gets pretty dusty out here on the road, but we've been in this spot for a bit. If you’re passing by Ward 4, you’ll probably see the sign. I’m usually there during the day unless I’m out checking on a site. It’s honest work and it keeps us busy. We don't do anything too flashy, just practical designs that people can actually build without too much trouble. That's pretty much how we run things here. I hope that gives you an idea of who we are.
