Talwandi Sabo Power Ltd. is out in Village Banawala. If you are driving on the Mansa-Talwandi Sabo Road, you will eventually find us. We are located in the Mansa district, part of Sangrur in Punjab. It is a bit of a drive to get here, but it’s where we do our work. Being out in the village area means there is plenty of space, though it can get quite dusty and hot depending on the season. We have a large setup here as you might expect for a power company. But at the end of the day, we are just a team of people trying to keep things running smoothly. We don't really have time for corporate slogans or missions. We just watch the gauges and make sure the operations continue as they should. The road outside is often busy with trucks and people moving between Mansa and Talwandi Sabo. We’ve become a part of the landscape in Banawala over time. It’s a very practical kind of life out here. We deal with the weather, the distance, and the daily technical needs of the site. There is no need to make it sound more exciting than it is. It is just a big place in a small village where we put in our hours every day. Punjab is a good place to work, and we just keep at it, day after day.
