Manpreet Photostate

We are located right on College Road in Malerkotla, just across from Prem Lata Hospital. Most days it gets pretty busy here with students coming in from the nearby college and people from the hospital needing papers copied or forms filled out. Manpreet Photostate has been in this spot for a good while now. The shop isn't very big but we have enough room for the machines and some space for people to wait while we get their work done. Sometimes the electricity goes out and we have to wait for the backup or just sit and talk with whoever is in the shop. It's usually noisy with the sound of the machines running and the traffic outside on the road. We see a lot of the same faces every week, mostly kids looking for notes or families dealing with hospital stuff across the way. The front door stays open most of the day to let a bit of air in because it gets warm with all the equipment running constantly. There’s a tea stall just a few steps away where we grab a cup when things slow down in the afternoon. We just try to keep things moving and make sure everyone gets their copies right. It's a simple life here on College Road. We keep the counter clear as much as possible, but paper piles up fast when it's busy. That's just how it goes in a place like this.
