Lalit Chemicals & Fertilizer Industries

Our factory is out in Lehal Khurd, which is near Lehragaga. Being out here means we are close to the farms, which makes sense since we produce chemicals and fertilizers that the local growers need. The air out here is a bit different than the city, and you can see the fields stretching out in every direction from our gate. We have a production line that stays busy during the planting seasons when everyone is looking for supplies. It is hard work, and the smell of the chemicals is something you just get used to after a couple of days. We spend a lot of time mixing things and checking the quality of the bags before they get sent out to the distributors. It is a practical business. We don't have a lot of fancy decorations in the office; it is mostly just calendars and stacks of delivery notes. The workers here are mostly from the nearby villages, so we all know each other pretty well. We have lunch together and talk about how the rains are coming or if the market is going up. We just try to keep the factory running well and make sure we are making stuff that actually helps the crops grow. It is a basic, honest living, and we are glad to be doing it here in our local area.
