Khan Mohd Hanif Architect

Our office, Apex Architects, is tucked away in Mandi Ahmedgarh. We are in Ward No.04, pretty close to the Harblas Fac. It is a bit of a trek if you aren't from the Malerkotla tehsil area, but locals find us easily enough. Khan Mohd Hanif started this place to handle the building and design needs around town. The workspace is usually cluttered with site maps and pencils. We don't really go for that high-end look you see in magazines. It’s more about getting the measurements right and making sure the site visits go okay. The area around us is quite industrial and busy. You can hear the sounds of the town all day long while we sit at our desks. We have a small crew here. Everyone knows their job. Some days are spent entirely on the road visiting different sites in the district. Other days we just sit here and try to figure out how to fit everything a client wants into a small space. We eat our lunch together most days, usually talking about the latest project or just complaining about the heat. It’s a simple setup. We’ve got a couple of computers that have seen better days but they still do the job for the CAD work. We like it here in Mandi Ahmedgarh. It’s home and it’s where we do our bit for the local folks who need a plan drawn up.
