Kcs Agricare Private Limited is tucked away in Agar Nagar, specifically in Street Number 1. We are right by the New Grain Market in Sangrur, Punjab. Our office is at Bhushan Kumar’s place. Being so close to the grain market means we are always in the thick of things. During the procurement season, the whole area is packed with trailers and people, so it gets very lively. We started this company to handle the agricultural side of things in this part of Sangrur. It is not a polished business with a marketing team. It is just a few of us in a room with some registers and a computer. We talk to the people who come into the grain market and try to provide what they need for their farms. Bhushan Kumar looks after the daily bits and pieces. We have a lot of tea and do a lot of talking about the crops. Sometimes the office is a bit messy with papers and samples, but we know where everything is. It is a local operation through and through. We don't have a mission statement on the wall; we just have a calendar and a list of things to do. We are just trying to do our part in the Sangrur farming community and keep the business running as best as we can without any fuss.
