We started this work here in Sunam quite a while back. Our office is right on Railway Road, just near the Adarsh School, so most folks in town know where we are. It’s house number 321. We handle a lot of different things related to building and property. Sometimes we are looking at industrial projects or helping out with infrastructure stuff around Sangrur. It gets busy, but that's just how it is when you’re dealing with real estate and construction. We don't have a big fancy office with glass walls, just a regular place where we get things done. People come in to talk about their plans or ask for advice on building something new. My team and I spend a lot of time out at sites or sitting around the desk checking drawings. It’s hard work, especially when the weather gets hot here in Punjab during the summer months. We just try to keep things moving forward for every project we take on. Whether it's a small house or something bigger for an industrial area, we just focus on the tasks at hand. It’s been a long journey from when we first opened the doors near the school. We see a lot of changes in the local area lately. There’s always something needing to be built or fixed up. We just keep our heads down and stay busy with the consultancy side of things too. It's a mix of paperwork and getting our hands dirty on the ground every day.
