You can find our agency right at the back of the Malwa Gas Service in Nawab Gunj. It is a bit of a hidden spot, and you usually have to dodge a few gas cylinders and delivery trucks to get to our door. Our office is small and it is usually full of stacks of files and various ledgers. We handle a lot of different agency work, mostly acting as the link between suppliers and local shops. It involves a lot of time on the telephone and writing out orders by hand. We do not have a polished corporate look. The furniture is old and the walls could use some help, but it is a comfortable place for us to work. Nawab Gunj is a noisy, busy neighborhood, so there is always something happening outside. Sometimes it gets a bit chaotic with all the traffic, but we are used to it by now. We are a small group and we do not have any big hierarchy. We just work together to keep the business moving. We do not do any advertising because most of our customers have known us for years anyway. It is a simple operation based on long-standing relationships. If you stop by, we might be in the middle of a delivery, but we will always have a minute to talk about what you need.
