Vighnaharta Enterprises

Lonand is a quiet place mostly, but our spot on Pune Road gets a fair amount of traffic. We are in the building called Dream House, right near Shastri Chowk. It’s easy to find if you are coming into town. Vighnaharta Enterprises is basically a local trade setup. We handle a bit of everything that people in this area need. The shop isn't very large. We have shelves that go all the way to the ceiling and we know where everything is, even if it looks a bit messy to an outsider. We spend a lot of time talking to people from the nearby villages. They stop by on their way to or from Pune. We don't have a website or a big advertising budget. Word of mouth is how most people find us. My desk is usually covered in invoices and tea stains. We keep a ledger for the regular customers. Sometimes we sit outside on a bench when it’s not too hot. We’ve been here for a long time and the building has some character to it. It’s not a modern glass office. It’s a practical space for practical work. We don't use big words or try to sound like we are bigger than we are. We are just a local business in Lonand trying to do right by the folks who walk through our door. That’s the reality of it. We just keep the shop open and see who comes in.
