Vbc Realty Llp is based out of Sangli, specifically over in North Shivaji Nagar. You can find us at C.S. No. 1146/A on Balaji Mill Road. It is a busy part of town, especially with the mill road traffic during the day. We’ve been set up here for some time now, and the office is pretty much what you’d expect from a local business. There are three or four of us usually in the office, unless someone is out showing a site or checking on some land. The building isn't brand new, but it’s sturdy and keeps the rain out during the monsoon season. We don’t go in for big advertisements or anything too loud. Most people just find us because they live nearby or heard about us from a neighbor. Sangli is a place where everyone kind of knows everyone, so we try to keep things straightforward. We have a lot of old files piled up in the corner because we haven't gotten around to digitizing everything yet. It’s a slow process. We drink plenty of water from the cooler and try to stay cool when the sun gets hot in the afternoon. Sometimes we stay late to finish up the registries, but mostly we head home when the shops nearby start closing up. It is just a regular workday for us, day in and day out, dealing with whatever comes through the door.
