Upgenesis Studios Private Limited is based out of Sangli, in a place called Raviwar Peth. We are in Flat No. 465 in the Madhavnagar area. It’s a bit different from working in a place like Mumbai or Pune because things move a little slower here. Our office is basically a flat that we converted into a workspace. It has a homey feel because, well, it was meant to be a home. We have the kitchen area where we make our own tea and coffee, and the main rooms are where the computers are set up. Sangli is a good place to be if you don't like the constant rush of a metro city. The PIN code here is 416410, and everyone in the neighborhood knows each other. We don't have a big corporate board outside, just a small nameplate. Most of the people working here live nearby, so we don't spend hours traveling. On rainy days, the streets in Raviwar Peth get a bit muddy, but that’s just part of life here. We started this company because we wanted to work on our own terms without leaving our hometown. It’s a simple setup. We don't have a HR department or a fancy canteen. We just sit together, talk about what needs to be finished, and get to it. It’s a quiet life in Madhavnagar, but we like the pace. It allows us to focus on the work without too many distractions from the outside world.
