Down here in Galvewadi, at House Number 246, things move at a different speed than the big cities. We’re part of the Atpadi taluka in Sangli district. Swingworth LLP is basically run out of this local spot. It's a quiet area mostly, surrounded by what you’d expect in rural Maharashtra. We aren't a big team, just a few of us making sure everything stays on track. The road to get here can be a bit dusty depending on the season, but it’s part of the charm of being in 416416. We started this because there was a need for it in our village. Most of the neighbors know us by name, which is nice. We don't have a fancy lobby or a receptionist in a suit. It’s just a practical workspace where we manage our daily operations. Every morning we open up and check what needs doing for the day. Sometimes the power goes out for an hour or two, so we just take a break and sit outside. It’s an honest way to work. We don't use big words to describe what we do. It’s just work. We’ve been at this address for a while now and we don't plan on moving. Being close to home makes the work feel a lot more personal. You might see some livestock wandering nearby if you visit us. That's just how life is here in the district. We keep it simple.
