You’ll find us in Kavalapur, which is out in the Sangli district. We are right near the big water tank on the road that leads to the dental college. It’s a landmark everyone around here knows. Being in a taluka like Miraj means we spend a lot of time traveling to different villages and farms. Our home base is just a simple building where we store our panels and mounting kits. We aren't some big city firm with a glass office. We are local people who understand the needs of the folks living around here. Most of our days start early before it gets too hot. We load up the truck and head out to install solar pumps or home lighting systems. The office at Swara Solar Services is usually quiet during the day because we are mostly out in the field. But in the evenings, we come back to finish up the paperwork and check the inventory. There’s always dust on our shoes and a lot of stories about the different sites we visited. We know the roads around Sangli pretty well by now. We don't use fancy words to describe what we do. It’s just about putting up panels and making sure they work. If you’re passing the water tank, you might see us moving things around or just sitting out front for a bit. It’s hard work, but it feels right being here.
