We are right in the heart of Chiplun. Everyone knows where Chiplun is, and we’ve been part of this town for a long time. It’s a beautiful area, especially during the monsoon when everything turns so green. Our building isn't anything special to look at, just a sturdy place where we do our daily work. We don't have a long address because, in a place like this, you just tell people the name and they know where to go. It’s a small-town feeling. We see the same people at the market and then we see them here. It makes for a very friendly atmosphere, even if the work is serious. The rain can be very heavy here, so we spend a lot of time making sure the roof doesn't leak and the floors stay dry. It’s a lot of maintenance. We have some wooden chairs that have been here since we opened. They’re still solid. We don't see the need to change things just for the sake of looking modern. The people who come here appreciate that we are consistent. We keep the doors open most of the day to let the breeze in. It’s a simple life and a simple way of running things. We don't have fancy brochures or a front desk with a computer. We mostly just talk to people and help them out with what they need. It is a humble place for the town.
