Suraj Bombay Hardware

Suraj Bombay Hardware is located over at Tupari Phata, right on the Karad-Tasgaon road in Palus. We are quite near the railway station, so you can often hear the trains whistling as they pass through. Our shop is a typical hardware store, filled to the ceiling with tools, pipes, and all sorts of building supplies. It is often a bit messy because we have so many different items squeezed into the shelves. People from the nearby villages usually stop by when they need something specific for their homes or farms. We don't have any fancy displays; things are mostly kept where we can reach them quickly. The floor is concrete and often has a bit of sawdust or metal shavings on it. We spend our days helping customers find the right size of bolt or explaining how a certain tool works. It is a lot of physical work, lifting heavy boxes and climbing ladders. We have been at this location near the station for a long time, and we have seen the area grow quite a bit. The heat can get pretty intense in the summer, so we have a few big fans to keep the air moving. We aren't a corporate chain, just a local hardware spot run by people who know their stock. It is a bit noisy with the road and the trains, but it is home to us. We just focus on keeping the shelves stocked.
