It’s a nice enough area, and being in a residential part of town makes it feel very community-oriented. We aren't in a big commercial plaza. Instead, we are right there where people live. Most of the time, it’s just us sitting in the office, handling the local accounts. Islampur is a busy enough town, but Vishal Nagar stays relatively calm. We get people from all over the Walwa area coming by. We don’t use any complicated language when we talk to folks. It’s just plain English or the local tongue. The office is simple. We have the basic furniture we need and not much else. It’s an honest way to spend the day. We see the same faces quite often, which is nice. You build a bit of a bond with the regulars. We aren't trying to change the world or anything. We just want to be a reliable spot for the people in this part of Maharashtra. Sometimes we stay late if there is extra work, but usually, we close up and head home like everyone else. It’s a modest operation, and we are perfectly fine with that. There is something good about working in a place where you know your neighbors' names and their families.
