Sonigara Constructions Ltd.

If you head over to Bharatnagar in Miraj, you’ll find Sonigara Constructions Ltd. located at Snehlata Niwas on Datta Road. It’s a local spot in the Sangli district. The office is actually inside a house, which is pretty common around here. We use the ground floor for most of our business stuff. It feels more like a home than a workplace, which we don't mind. There’s a small garden area outside that we try to keep neat, though the Datta Road traffic keeps things a bit dusty. Inside, it’s mostly just us working on project plans and keeping track of the construction crews out in the field. Miraj is a place where people know their neighbors, so we get a lot of people just dropping by to say hello or ask about a project. We keep a ledger for all the expenses and a map of the local area pinned to the wall. The furniture is a bit mismatched, but it’s comfortable enough for a long day of work. During the summer, it gets quite hot, so we keep the fans going at full speed. We don’t have a big marketing team or anything; we just rely on the work we do. It’s a family-style operation where everyone chips in. We’ve been at Snehlata Niwas for quite some time now, and it’s served us well as a base for our construction work in the Tal-Miraj area. It is a quiet but productive place to be.
