Our place is located in the MIDC area of Lonand, at plot C-1. If you know this part of Maharashtra, you know it’s mostly factories and big industrial sheds. That is exactly where Sona Alloys Pvt.Ltd. fits in. We do a lot of the heavy alloy work here. The air usually smells like metal and machinery, which is just part of the job. It's a large space because we need the room for the raw materials and the finished products. We have trucks coming in and out all day long, so there's always something happening in the yard. It isn't a place for people who like quiet office work. It's loud, it's busy, and everyone is usually wearing boots and safety gear. We've been operating out of this Lonand site for a while now. The team here is mostly local guys who know their way around the equipment. We don't bother with a lot of corporate talk. We just focus on the tasks we have for the week and try to hit our targets. Sometimes the weather makes it tough, like when it rains really hard and the yard gets muddy, but we keep things moving anyway. It's a practical, no-nonsense kind of environment where we value the hard work more than anything else. We're just a bunch of people making sure the production line keeps running as smoothly as possible every single day.
