Sobha Developer Ltd. has a long history that connects back to the Sangli region in Maharashtra. There is a lot of background here, including records related to the S.S.C. from the Kolhapur Board back in March of 1969. We’ve been rooted in this part of India for decades. Our work as developers in Sangli is based on years of being part of the local community. We don’t try to sound like a big, polished firm from a magazine. We are just real people who have been around for a long time. The office we run is simple and focuses on the practicalities of property and development. We know the Maharashtra landscape well, especially around the Sangli and Kolhapur areas. Our experience isn't something we brag about in big ads; it’s just something that comes out when we talk to people about their projects. We’ve seen the way building and land rules have changed since the late sixties and we’ve just kept adapting as the years went by.
