Our place is located on Plot No.27, which is right near the Ramchandre Plot and the Margubai Mandir in Sangli. You can usually hear the temple bells if you are standing outside our door at the right time. It is a local operation and we spend most of our time dealing with the milk and various milk products that come through here. Sangli is a place where everyone knows everyone, so we often see familiar faces dropping by or passing through the area. The building isn't anything special to look at, just a sturdy spot where we can get our work done without too much trouble. We have a small team of people who have been with us for a good bit of time now. Every morning starts with the same routine of checking the supplies and making sure the trucks are ready to go. The heat in Sangli can be tough in the summer months, but we just keep the shutters up and keep moving. We do not spend a lot of time on fancy decorations or office furniture. Most of our space is taken up by the equipment and the cooling areas we need for the milk. It is a very hands-on kind of business and we like it that way. If you walk past the Margubai Mandir, you will probably see our sign and some of the guys moving crates around. That is just how life is for us every single day.
