SHRI SHIVSAI URBAN NIDHI LIMITED

Shri Shivsai Urban Nidhi Limited is located at Gajraj Nivas, house number 613, in the village of Shegaon. We are operating out of Nikam Baburao Pandurang’s place. It’s in the Jath taluka of Sangli district. This isn't a typical city office with elevators and glass doors. It’s a home-based setup where we’ve carved out some space for our records and computers. Being in Shegaon means we are right there with the farming community. Tractors go by and the seasons change right outside our window. It’s a quiet life for the most part, though the office gets busy during market days. We don’t have any marketing brochures to give out. If someone wants to know about us, they usually just come over to Gajraj Nivas and ask around. A couple of benches are kept outside for when people have to wait. Keeping things honest and simple is how we work. There is no need for big speeches or fancy promises. We just manage the accounts and make sure everything adds up at the end of the day. Working in Sangli has its own charm, and being at 613 Shegaon feels right for us. It’s a practical arrangement that helps us stay connected to the local folks. We’ve been here for a while and don't plan on moving. Just a local business doing work for people we know in the village.
