Shree Hospital

Shree Hospital is right across from the post office. It’s an easy place to find if you’re looking for 1622. We’ve been here for a while and the location is pretty convenient for people who are already out doing their errands. The post office always has a crowd so there is plenty of activity right outside our front door. We aren’t a very big place but we have what we need to get through the day. Every morning starts with unlocking the main entrance and turning on the lights. We go through the patient files and see who is coming in. It’s a lot of routine work like cleaning the counters and checking the supplies. The rooms are basic and we don’t spend much on decorating or anything like that. It’s a practical space. We get people from all over the area who just stop in because they saw the sign while heading to mail a letter. We talk to the regulars about the weather or how the traffic is doing. Some days are longer than others especially when the heat is bad. We just sit by the fans and do our work. There isn’t much to the history of the place other than we’ve stayed here because it works for the people around us. It’s a simple building with a simple purpose. We just try to stay organized and help the people who walk in.
