SHIV-SARTHAK MULTIPLE URBAN NIDHI LIMITED

Our place is located in Mauli Nagar at number 10/517. It is right near the Yashwantrao Chavan Chowk in Jogaiwadi. If you know the area, you know the chowk is where everything happens. We are just a short walk from there. The office is a straightforward space. We have some shelves for all the files and a few tables where we sit to work. Jogaiwadi has a specific feel to it, and being in Mauli Nagar puts us right in the heart of the neighborhood. We see the same people walking by every morning. The building we are in is nothing special to look at, but it stays cool enough in the heat. We spend our day managing the Nidhi operations. There is a lot of record-keeping involved, so we try to stay organized even if the desk gets a bit messy sometimes. We have a small kettle for making tea when the afternoon slump hits. It is a very local operation. We don’t have a big marketing department or anything like that. It is just us and the work. Sometimes we talk about the local news or what is happening at the chowk. It is a decent way to earn a living and stay connected to the town. We are usually here from morning until the sun starts to go down, just keeping things running as they should.
