We are located out in A/P-Devarde, which is part of the Walwa Taluka in the Sangli district. It's a bit of a drive if you're coming from the bigger cities, but we like it here. Shapoorji Pallonji & Co.Ltd. has its presence right in this rural stretch, and it’s a different pace than what you'd find in Pune or Mumbai. The air is a bit clearer, and things move a little slower, which isn't always a bad thing. Our office is simple, reflecting the area around us. We deal with a lot of local projects around the 415412 area, and we know most of the people who live nearby. It’s the kind of place where you stop to talk to your neighbors. We don't have a big HR department or a PR team here; it’s just us handling the operations and making sure the projects in Sangli stay on track. Most of our work involves being out on the land, so the office is often just a place to drop off tools or finish up the logs. It’s honest work in a quiet part of the state. We’ve built up a decent reputation just by being consistent and showing up every morning. If you come by, you’ll probably find us wearing boots and carrying maps. It’s just the way we do things in Devarde. We’re part of the local landscape now.
