Rukmini is more of a practical workspace where we can sit down and look at our infrastructure plans and development projects. We’ve been in Sangli for a good while and we like it here. There isn't any fancy marketing language on our walls or any big promises. We just handle the projects as they come. Vasant Colony is a decent area and we are glad to be based here. Most days involve a lot of talk about construction and managing the different sites we have going on. It’s a bit messy sometimes with all the paperwork, but that’s just how we work. We aren't a big, polished firm with a marketing team. It’s just us doing our thing behind the petrol pump. People know where to find us if they need anything related to our development work. It’s a simple, local operation and we keep it that way.
