Rex Polyextrusion Ltd.

Our office for Rex Polyextrusion is located in the Brahmanpuri area of Miraj, right across from Dr. Deval Clinic. It’s an old part of town with narrow lanes like Tamhankar Bol. We’ve been operating out of Yadav Wada for quite some time now. In a place like Miraj, everyone kind of knows where everything is, so we don't need a giant sign. The work we do involves a lot of technical details regarding plastics and extrusion, but the office itself feels very traditional. We have thick walls that keep the heat out a bit, which is nice during the Maharashtra summers. Most of our staff are from around Sangli district. We aren't the kind of company that puts on a show for visitors. If you come by, you’ll probably find us mid-conversation about a production run or checking some inventory lists. It’s a practical, hands-on environment. We don't have a lot of fancy office furniture; we mostly just have what’s necessary to get the job done. The pace of life in Miraj is a bit slower than Mumbai, but we still stay busy. We have tea together in the afternoons and talk about the day’s work. There aren't any corporate speeches here. We just focus on the machines and the products we make. It’s been our home for years, and we’re quite comfortable in this little corner of Brahmanpuri.
