It is right there by the Market Yard, so things get very hectic in the mornings when the farmers and traders are around. You can hear the noise of the trucks and the shouting from the market all through the office. It gives the place a lot of energy, even if it is a bit distracting sometimes. The building itself is called Ramleela Sadan, and we have a decent amount of space for our desks and the customers who come in to talk. We don't have fancy decorations or anything like that. It’s just a practical workspace where we manage the Nidhi accounts. Most of the people we see are from Islampura or the nearby farms. They stop in after they finish their business at the market. We have a couple of ceiling fans that hum all day long. Our staff mostly comes from this area, so we understand the local way of doing things. We don't use big words or complicated processes. We just explain things simply to whoever walks through the door. Sangli is known for its turmeric and trade, and being near the Market Yard puts us right in the middle of that local economy. It is a hardworking atmosphere and we fit right in.
