Pujarti Equipments

Our workshop, Pujarti Equipments, is located at Plot No. J -62 in the M. I. D. C area of Kupwad. It is a typical industrial setup in the Sangli region. We spend the whole day around metal, welding machines, and heavy tools. It is quite loud most of the time because of the fabrication work going on. The roof is made of tin sheets, so when it rains, you can barely hear yourself talk, and when it is summer, it gets incredibly hot inside. We make different kinds of equipment for factories and local businesses. It is messy work. There is always iron dust and oil on the floor. We are not a big company with a HR department or anything like that. It is just a group of us who know how to handle machines and get the dimensions right. We have some regular customers from the nearby towns who come to us when they need something specific built. We do not have a decorated office; we just have a small desk in the corner with a bunch of dusty files and a phone that rings whenever someone is lost in the MIDC. The tea stall down the road is where we usually take our breaks. It is a simple life of manual labor and fixing things. We just try to finish the jobs on time so the trucks can take the equipment away to the next site.
