Our office is at Vinayak Banglow on Plot No 88 in Vasantnagar, Sangli. It’s a nice enough place to work from. Having the office in a bungalow makes things feel a bit more relaxed than being in a big commercial building. We’ve been Pranav Buildcon for a while, and the neighborhood has changed quite a bit as more people move in and build houses. Our days are mostly spent coordinating with different crews and making sure materials like rebar and bricks get to the right site at the right time. It doesn't always go smoothly, though. There’s always someone calling because a truck is late or a tool broke down. We just deal with it as it comes. Being a huge, polished company doesn't interest us. We just like to get the work done. The office is usually filled with rolls of plans and the smell of coffee. Much of our time is spent out on the sites, so if you come by the bungalow and nobody is there, we’re probably just out checking on a foundation somewhere. Knowing the local regulations in Sangli helps when we're trying to get things approved. It’s just us doing our job, nothing more. Big speeches about our work aren't necessary. We just build things and try to make sure they stay up for a long time.
