Pawar Kulkarni & Associates is located in Shaileja Apartment, which is on Civil Hospital Road here in Sangli. We are quite close to Trikoni Bhaug, a landmark that helps most people find their way to us. Being on the hospital road means the area is always busy. There are usually ambulances or people rushing around, which gives the neighborhood a serious but active feel. Our office in the apartment is where we spend the bulk of our week. It’s a functional space, nothing too fancy, just some desks, computers, and a lot of folders. We like the location because it’s easy for folks in the 416416 area to reach us. The building itself is an ordinary residential-commercial mix, so it feels very grounded. We don’t have a big reception team; usually, you just walk in and one of us will look up from our work to say hello. There’s a lot of focus on getting the daily tasks done. Sometimes we take a break and walk down toward the Bhaug just to get some air. The rooms are filled with the sound of typing and the occasional phone call. It’s a honest, hardworking environment. We’ve set things up to be efficient rather than impressive. It’s just us, our work, and this little slice of Sangli near the hospital. We show up every day and do the best we can with the files.
