PAVAN URBAN NIDHI LIMITED

We set up Pavan Urban Nidhi Limited at Pavan Plaza in the Palus Colony area. It is right across from the Tahasil Karyalay, which is a big landmark for everyone around here. Being in Tal Palus means we are part of a tight community. Vasant Anuse’s place is where we have our office. Most mornings, you can see people heading into the government office across the road. We get a fair bit of dust from the street, but that is just how it is. The plaza has a few other small businesses too. Our space is not very large, but it fits our desks and the chairs for people to sit while we talk. We don't have a fancy website or a huge sign. People usually find us by asking the neighbors or when they are already at the colony for other work. It is a simple setup where we spend our hours looking at registers and typing on the computer. Sometimes we have tea together when things are slow. The building is solid and it keeps the afternoon sun out for the most part. If you are looking for us, just find the Tahasil office and look for Pavan Plaza right in front of it. We are usually there from morning until the sun starts to go down. It is a practical way to spend the day and it works well for the local residents of Palus.
