Nirmiti Construction Islampur

We are located in Ward No. 6, right in the D.C.C. Bank Colony on Hanumannagar Road. Being in Islampur, in the Walwa Taluka, means we know the local landscape pretty well. Our focus is on construction. It's a lot of hard work out in the sun or under some scaffolding. The office in Sangli district is where we keep the site plans and the accounts. It’s a plain room with some chairs and a big table for maps. We don't have air conditioning that works all the time, so we leave the door open for a breeze. People from the colony often walk past and wave. We've been working around here for a while now. Construction is about bricks, cement, and making sure the levels are right. We don't talk about "innovation" or "synergy." We talk about whether the truck arrived on time or if we have enough sand for tomorrow. The guys on the crew are local men. They know the soil here. Sometimes things get delayed because of rain or a holiday, and we just deal with it. It’s a very grounded business. We don't have a website with flashy photos. If you want to see our work, you just look at the buildings we've put up around town. We are just a group of people trying to build things that stay standing for a long time. That’s our daily life here in Islampur.
