Naik Equipments & Projects Pvt. Ltd. is based at Debonair House in the Vishrambag area of Sangli. It’s not your typical industrial shed; we’ve got a proper building for our office work. But don’t let the name Debonair House fool you, we are still very much a hands-on business. Sangli is a good place to be, and Vishrambag is a nice neighborhood for an office like ours. We spend a lot of time on drawings and planning out projects. It’s a bit quieter here than a factory floor, but there is still plenty of stress when deadlines approach. We handle a lot of different equipment needs for various clients. The office is often cluttered with files and rolled-up project plans. We aren't the type to have a sleek, modern lobby with coffee machines. Usually, it’s just a few desks and people talking on the phone with suppliers or site managers. We try to keep things simple and avoid the corporate talk that seems to be everywhere these days. We’ve been part of the Sangli business community for a while. We know the local vendors and how things work in this part of the state. It’s about getting the projects done without making a big scene. We just work from our desks in Vishrambag, making sure the equipment we are responsible for gets to where it needs to go and works like it should every single time.
