M/S. Patil Constructions (Iso-9001-2000)

At Patil Constructions, we operate out of Islampur in the Walwa Taluka, which is part of the Sangli district. Mr. Jagdish R. Potdar is the person usually handling things here. Our office is right in town, so it is easy for people to find us when they need to talk about a project. Even though we have the ISO certification, we don't act like a big, cold corporation. We’re just local people who know how to build things. The office has a lot of blueprints lying around and maps of the local area pinned to the walls. We spend a lot of our time out at work sites, so sometimes the office is a bit quiet until we all get back in the evening. Sangli can be a busy place, and we are right in the middle of it. We deal with all the usual paperwork that comes with construction, like permits and bills for materials. It isn’t always easy, and there are days when things don't go exactly as planned, but we just figure it out and keep going. We don’t have any fancy secretaries or a waiting room with magazines. You just come in, find a chair, and we talk about what needs to be done. It is a practical way of working that has served us well for many years here in Maharashtra. Most of our neighbors are also our friends. That's just how we do business.
