Modern Design

Modern Design is our shop and we are located in Miraj. You can find us right at Dargah Chowk, specifically in Malli Galli. The pin code for this area is 416410. Miraj is a busy town and Dargah Chowk is always full of people, so it’s a lively place to be. Malli Galli is a bit narrower, but that’s where our doors are open. We’ve been in this spot for a long time now. We call ourselves Modern Design, but we aren't about being trendy or anything. We just do the work that people need. Our shop isn't very large. It’s packed with samples and tools and whatever projects we are currently working on. It’s a bit cramped sometimes, but we know where everything is. We don't have any fancy brochures or a salesperson. Usually, it’s just one of us standing at the counter or working in the back. People from the neighborhood know us and just stop by to chat or ask about a project. It’s a very local way of doing things. We don't use big words to describe our work. We just say what it is and how much it will cost. That’s the way things have always been done in this part of Miraj. We like being right in the middle of the town where all the action is. It keeps us busy and connected to the people around us every day and we plan to stay here for many more years.
