If you go down St Stand Road in Sangli, you will find us in the Vasant Pushpa Apartment building. We are at Shop Number 3. It is right across the street from Bapat Bal Sikshan Mandir, so you can usually hear the children playing or the school bell when they are in session. Being near the ST Stand is very handy because that is where all the travel action is. M B Link Tourist has been operating from this exact spot for a while. It is a small space, but it fits what we need to get through the day. We spend our hours coordinating trips and talking to our drivers on their mobile phones. Sangli is a good place to work, though the heat can get pretty bad in the middle of summer. We have a few regular customers who have been coming to us for years. They know us by name, and we know exactly where they usually like to go. We do not use a lot of fancy software or high-end computers. Mostly we just use notebooks and a phone that rings more than it probably should. It is a practical way to run things. We make sure the vehicles are ready and the timings are mostly right. There is no big secret to how we do it, just showing up every morning and doing the work. Sometimes we stay late to wait for a return trip to arrive. It is honest work and it keeps us busy. We just keep at it.
