Lakhameshwar Agro Process Private Limited is located in a place called Nagmali, which is in the Atpadi Taluka. We get our mail at Post Kargani. It’s pretty far out from the big cities, right in the heart of the farming country. We are at Gno 39. Being out here makes the most sense for an agro processing business because we are right where the crops are grown. Our setup is pretty simple and functional. It’s mostly just a warehouse and a small area for us to sit and do the books. We spend most of our time outside or in the processing area. It’s a lot of manual work and we get our hands dirty every single day. The dust from the fields is everywhere, especially when the wind picks up in the afternoons. We don't have any fancy mission statements or corporate goals pinned to the wall. We just want to process the crops properly so they don't go to waste. The local farmers around Nagmali and Kargani are the people we see every day. We’ve known most of them for years. It’s a tight-knit community out here and we are just glad to be a part of it. We don't use any big words or marketing talk because that’s not who we are. We are just people working with the land and the food it produces, trying to make things work in our corner of Maharashtra.
