Our place is tucked away behind Ganesh Nagar in Sangli. If you are looking for Kotibhaskar Builders, just find Kale Plots or look for Prabhakar Stores, and we are right nearby. We have been working out of this spot for quite a while now. The office is pretty basic, nothing too special to look at. We mostly spend our time dealing with cement, bricks, and labor schedules. It is a lot of back and forth between the office and the building sites. We do not have a big reception desk or someone to open the door for you. Usually, one of us is just sitting there with a cup of tea and a notebook. We handle things as they come. Construction is a messy business, so there is always some dust around. We do not mind it. People from around the neighborhood stop by to ask about plots or how their house is coming along. We like the local vibe of this area. It is quiet enough to get work done but close enough to the main spots in Sangli. We are not trying to be the biggest company out there. We just want to finish the jobs we have and make sure the walls are straight. It is honest work and it keeps us busy from morning until late evening. The sun sets and we usually have a few more calls to make before heading home.
