You can find us at House Number 1484 in Sankh. It is a small place in the Sangli district. We work with cotton. It is a family-run kind of thing, even though we are registered as a private limited company. My uncle started things and now we all just pitch in where we are needed. The village is quiet most of the time, except when the harvest comes in. Then things get really busy and loud. We have a small warehouse where we store the stock. It is not fancy, just concrete and tin, but it keeps the rain off. We spend a lot of time talking to local growers. Most of our days are spent checking the quality and loading up the trucks. Sometimes the rain makes the roads messy, but that is life here. We do not have a website or big advertisements. Word of mouth usually does the trick for us in this area. We have stayed in the same spot for many years. The neighbors know us well and we help each other out. We just try to keep things simple. No need for complicated systems. We keep our books in order and focus on the cotton. The harvest season is when the whole family is here from dawn till dusk. We do not mind the long hours when the work is there. It is just how we were raised.
