Kaveri Urban Nidhi Limited is situated in Office Number 1 at Patil Plaza. Our location is right across from the Market Yard and near the Khanapur Naka in Vita. This is a very busy part of the Sangli district. Since we are near the market, the sounds of trucks and traders fill the air all day. It’s a lively atmosphere to work in. We chose this spot because everyone passes through eventually. If you’re coming into Vita from the Khanapur side, you can’t really miss this area. The office itself is a simple place. We’ve got some desks and a small area for people to wait. Our time is spent managing local funds and helping the people who work in the market or live nearby. It’s not a glamorous job, but it matters to our community. Dealing with cash and passbooks requires us to be careful and precise. Sometimes the office gets crowded, especially on market days when farmers are in town. We just handle one person at a time and try to get the details right. We’ve been part of the Vita landscape for a while now. Patil Plaza is a well-known building, so most folks don’t have trouble finding us. No complicated systems are used here, just regular record-keeping and honest conversations. We are usually in by ten and stay until the day's work is finished.
