We are part of the Jsons Group and our specific spot is Western Precicast Pv. Ltd. You can find us out in Nagaon Kavathe, which is in the Tasgaon area of Sangli district. Being in this part of Maharashtra means we are a bit away from the big city rush, which we actually prefer. The address is simple enough once you get into the village area. We have a decent-sized space here to handle our operations. It’s a working environment, so there is usually some dust and noise, but that is just part of the job. We don't have a fancy front office or anything like that. It’s mostly just the workshop and a small area where we keep the books. Most of the guys working here are from the nearby villages. We have known each other for years. It’s not a formal place where you have to wear a tie. We just wear what is comfortable for the work we do. The days can be long, especially when we have a lot of orders to get through, but we just keep at it. We don't really do much in the way of talking ourselves up. The work is there and we do it. That is about all there is to it for us here in Sangli. It’s a simple life and we like the work we do every day.
