Our office is at Home No 228 in Tasgaon, right in the heart of the Sangli district. It’s a straightforward setup. Since we are in a small town like Tasgaon, everyone kind of knows where everything is anyway. We handle different kinds of financial things under the Nidhi name. It's mostly paper-heavy work, so you'll see a lot of files stacked up on the shelves. We don't have a big marketing team or anything like that. It’s just a few of us who show up every morning, open the doors, and start the day's work. The street outside can get a bit dusty, and when it rains, it’s a bit of a mess, but we stay busy inside. We handle the local people's money and try to keep everything organized. It’s not always perfect; sometimes we lose a pen or the electricity goes out for an hour, but we get by. People come to us because we are right here in the village. They don't have to go all the way to a big city to get things sorted. We like the personal touch of knowing the families who come in. It’s more than just numbers on a page to us. It’s about being a part of the Tasgaon community. We keep things plain and simple, just like the building we work in.
