Jagadale Csr Foundation

We are located out in Mhaishal, which is part of the Miraj Taluka in Sangli district. Our spot is at Gat No 908, a bit of a distance from the main road. It’s a bit of a drive if you’re coming from the main city area, but we like being out here where the actual ground work happens. Jagadale CSR Foundation isn’t some big city office with air conditioning and fancy swivel chairs. It’s more of a functional, dusty space where we plan out our community projects for the surrounding villages. The weather out here in Sangli can get pretty hot and dry, so we usually start our days early before the sun gets too high. We work with the local folks in the village on various things they need help with. It might be water issues one day or helping out at the local school the next. We don't have a rigid corporate structure or fancy handbooks. If someone needs something, they just walk up to the gate and ask for us by name. We’ve lived in this area for a long time, so we know almost all the families around Mhaishal and their history. It feels more like a community effort than a formal foundation sometimes. We keep our records in a couple of old steel cabinets and spend most of our time outside in the fields anyway. It’s honest, slow work, and we don't try to dress it up. We’re just local people trying to give back to the place where we grew up.
