Irced Foundation

Irced Foundation is based out in Sangli. We are situated at S No 395/4, Plot No 29, in the Kunte Mala area on Dhamani Road. It is a bit of a walk from the main road, but it is a good spot. Our office is a straightforward building without much in the way of decoration. We have a main room where we keep all our records and a smaller space for meetings. It is pretty basic, just the way we like it. We are not interested in looking like a big city corporation. We are just local people working on local things. Sometimes the internet is a bit slow out here, but we manage to get our emails sent eventually. The furniture is mostly wood and a bit heavy, nothing like those modern plastic things. We spend a lot of time just talking to folks who come by the plot. Sangli is a nice place to be based, and Dhamani Road has its own rhythm. We do not use big words or have complicated agendas. We just have a list of things to do every morning and we try to get through them by evening. It is a practical way of living and working. There is usually a pot of water for guests and a few stools to sit on. It is not much, but it’s ours and it serves its purpose perfectly well for us.
